Gold Coast Transmissions was founded in January 1992, beginning as a two bay shop in Davie, Florida. After only one year in operation, it had to expand to six and then the following year to ten bays, all this in order to accommodate the ever increasing flow of business. In January of 1997 Gold Coast Transmissions reached a milestone in acquiring a 27,000 square foot building in Fort Lauderdale, installed twenty lifts, and called it home!!

The quick expansion was the direct result of proper business management, owners and managments combined 70 years of industry knowledge and technical expertise, but most importantly the attention paid to customer service and the never-ending quest to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Today, Gold Coast Transmissions, along with its satellite shop on State Rd. 7, north of Hollywood Blvd., may be considered as the largest transmission shop of its kind in South Florida. Of course none of this would have become possible without the trust placed by our customers in Gold Coast Transmissions and their subsequent referrals.
