I honestly can’t thank Jesse enough for what he did today. After being turned away or ignored by other mechanic shops, I pulled in here hoping someone might just take a look — and Jesse didn’t hesitate. He was kind, professional, and clearly wanted to help, which made all the difference.

I was able to visit the State Road 84 location and had the pleasure of Jesse taking care of me and my car. Super smart gentleman, it will be my go to place for all my transmission needs. He's extremely knowledgeable all around, not just transmissions. I learned a lot. I truly appreciated his professionalism. Thank you for taking care of me.

They didn't work on my vehicle but diagnosed and let me know it was not the transmission that was causing the vibration. Going to bring them my other vehicle which has a transmission leak since they were honest and give another review once that's done.

I stopped by after experiencing problems with my transmission while towing my large boat from Key West back to Sebastian. I limped into the shop, where I was helped by Jesse. I have previously worked at an outboard repair shop in Miami as a service manager, and I could tell that Jesse was competent, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. He sent me to their main repair facility that could accommodate my boat in the event that my truck needed an extended stay. (Which it did). The shop was well run and you could eat off the polished slab. I’m not sure if this place was the least expensive place to get my transmission rebuilt, but I feel that I was in very good hands, and that my rebuilt transmission is better now than it was when the truck rolled off the assembly line. Jesse stayed in touch with me through the entire process and my truck was ready in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends. This is the boat I was towing.
I came in for a rear differential rebuild and Gold coast transmission wasted no time getting to work. Jesse kept me informed throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with all parts of the process. I really felt at ease upon speaking to Jesse and was extremely comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their hands. In the end I received my repaired vehicle in just a few days and I even received a warranty on the work preformed which was a really nice surprise. I will certainly be back for my next project.
Jessie is wonderful. I have had my transmission done there and now my alternator. When warranty wanted to replace with used parts or cheap parts he worked with me. He won't do crap work.

These guys were fantastic. My 2000 corvette would not shift out of park and I was 250 miles from home. They quickly diagnosed that my shift cable was broken. They ordered a cable from Chevy. The manager actually drove to the dealer and picked the part up personally and they installed it that day. I was back on the road the same day with everything working correctly. The manager was on top of the situation. The Techs were knowledgeable and competent. Very customer friendly place. I can't thank them enough.

Jesse at the State Road 84 location is the man ! He and his team are phenominal.If I could give a higher rating, I would. This team is honest, straight forward and truly care about the customer. More then willing to help in anyway that they can. These qualities to include the workmanship are hard to find in South Florida. No wonder that they have expanded to other locations and are successful. Gold Coast will absolutely handle my needs in the future.
My family has used Gold Coast for different vehicles over the years . I recently entrusted them with a th400 transmission rebuild in my 82 K10. Their work, service and honesty are second to none and is hard to find down here in South Florida . Jesse and his team are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. I needed a routine transmission flush and replacement of the gasket and fluid for my truck. Jesse let me know what the price of this service would be up front and it was much more affordable than the estimate I had received from the dealer. The truck was finished in the time promised which I was very happy about. My husband had previously used the Ravenswood location many years ago and had received the same level of stellar service. I highly recommended Gold Coast Transmissions and they will get my business again for any future transmission needs.
Super Professional Service. Everything was fully explained and it seemed as I was a valuable customer to them in the way that I was in before the appointment time and the car looked spotless with care taken to ensure it wasn’t damaged. Excellent Service!!!! Our VW Beetle had some transmission issues....called Gold Coast and they found the problem. They were very honest and polite (didn't try to "UP" sell us a fixed the issue at hand). Would definitely recommend them to family and friends..

Hamilton and all of the staff I dealt with were friendly, upfront and fully explained everything that was needed for my daughter's Mazda5. It was repaired on time and she is happily back on the road!

I just got off the phone with Hamilton, the owner. I was looking for a transmission fluid and filter change. I was referred to Hamilton by the owner of the shop where I regularly maintain my cars. I was quoted $400 to $500 by other shops before talking with Hamilton. His advice was to leave the transmission fluid alone, that it would be ok without the change and maybe even better off. Say what?!! Where do you get a mechanic like this anymore?! This must be a quality transmission shop because it is trusted by my regular shop; I found they are honest too, with my best interest at heart, and that is INTEGRITY. Hard to find these days.

Land Rover LR3 with transmission issues. Hamilton did a complete overhaul for a decent price he even worked with me and lowered it. Vehicle works like new is shifting smoothly. The definitive place to go to for transmission work!!!
