Excellent Service …. I Took in my 1999 Ford F250 for a Transmission Service & All New Cooler Lines. They Did an Excellent Job and the Service was Done Lightning Fast. I write this review teary eyed with joy because Gold Coast Transmissions brought my father's car back to life. When we reached out to GCT explaining that my father passed away before getting to finish his beloved car, that we had a jetaway transmission, disassembled needing to be rebuilt, Jesse showed compassion and confidence in understanding the work at hand. He informed us of similar vehicles they've recently worked on, provided a timeline (which they ended up meeting) and their intitial estimate was in line with the final amount. The team was very matter-of-fact regarding every step of the repair, from the towing to the install.They were honest about the complexity of the work but they didn't show hesitation. This well rounded approach gave us the confidence to entrust their company with the work. Doug, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable, also taking the time to chat with us about the work. Throughout the entire process, Jesse was available to answer any questions and the times visiting the shop, meeting the team were always pleasant. In the end, the only surprise we left with was seeing my father's car have life again. Timeline, cost and quality of work were all as expected. We are very appreciative to the team at Gold Coast for their professionalism and their helpfulness in making this happen!

I gotta say I never thought I'd meet a reliable or trustworthy mechanic and shop since I moved here, but I finally did and I'm very happy about it. Originally I brought in my old 2012 civic in because I thought there was an issue with the transmission, but Jesse did a diagnostic and apparently it was just the engine mounts needing replacement which they took care of and saved me a bunch of money and unneeded repairs.
Also, when I was shopping for a used car, I asked Jesse to take a look at one for me. He was a lifesaver, honestly. His expertise saved me from buying a money pit and avoiding thousands of dollars in future repairs. When I finally found a quality car I was serious about, I brought it back to him. The second one he inspected was a winner. It's in great shape and just needs a transmission service (it's obviously due as it has 120k miles), which I'll be back to get done very soon. Thank you for your honest, expert advice!

I was a six hour drive from home when my transmission exploded. After some internet research, I decided to call Gold Coast in dania beach. It was the right call. Adam was very professional and helped me out the whole way through. He towed my car for me, explained the diagnostic results and was very sympathetic to my situation. They had to rebuild my transmission, which is a big job, but was able to get my car back to me in a reasonable time. They even gave me a ride to the shop. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t like the fact if your vehicle is not finished by Thursday…you have to wait till Monday to do anything…other than that my experience has been great 👍🏾
10/10 recommend. Went to have an inspection based on a possible transmission issue "per tires plus". Jesse took my car for a test drive and did a free inspection. Turns out no transmission issue. He at no point tried to force an issue or gas light me in anyway. If I ever encounter a true transmission issue I will 100% bring my business here.

I was able to visit the State Road 84 location and had the pleasure of Jesse taking care of me and my car. Super smart gentleman, it will be my go to place for all my transmission needs. They didn't work on my vehicle but diagnosed and let me know it was not the transmission that was causing the vibration. Going to bring them my other vehicle which has a transmission leak since they were honest and give another review once that's done.

I stopped by after experiencing problems with my transmission while towing my large boat from Key West back to Sebastian. I limped into the shop, where I was helped by Jesse. I have previously worked at an outboard repair shop in Miami as a service manager, and I could tell that Jesse was competent, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. He sent me to their main repair facility that could accommodate my boat in the event that my truck needed an extended stay. (Which it did). The shop was well run and you could eat off the polished slab. I’m not sure if this place was the least expensive place to get my transmission rebuilt, but I feel that I was in very good hands, and that my rebuilt transmission is better now than it was when the truck rolled off the assembly line. Jesse stayed in touch with me through the entire process and my truck was ready in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends. This is the boat I was towing.
I came in for a rear differential rebuild and Gold coast transmission wasted no time getting to work. Jesse kept me informed throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with all parts of the process. I really felt at ease upon speaking to Jesse and was extremely comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their hands. In the end I received my repaired vehicle in just a few days and I even received a warranty on the work preformed which was a really nice surprise. I will certainly be back for my next project.
Jessie is wonderful. I have had my transmission done there and now my alternator. When warranty wanted to replace with used parts or cheap parts he worked with me. He won't do crap work.

These guys were fantastic. My 2000 corvette would not shift out of park and I was 250 miles from home. They quickly diagnosed that my shift cable was broken. They ordered a cable from Chevy. The manager actually drove to the dealer and picked the part up personally and they installed it that day. I was back on the road the same day with everything working correctly. The manager was on top of the situation. The Techs were knowledgeable and competent. Very customer friendly place. I can't thank them enough.

Jesse at the State Road 84 location is the man ! He and his team are phenominal.If I could give a higher rating, I would. This team is honest, straight forward and truly care about the customer. More then willing to help in anyway that they can. These qualities to include the workmanship are hard to find in South Florida. No wonder that they have expanded to other locations and are successful. Gold Coast will absolutely handle my needs in the future.

Jesse and his team are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. I needed a routine transmission flush and replacement of the gasket and fluid for my truck. Jesse let me know what the price of this service would be up front and it was much more affordable than the estimate I had received from the dealer. The truck was finished in the time promised which I was very happy about. My husband had previously used the Ravenswood location many years ago and had received the same level of stellar service. I highly recommended Gold Coast Transmissions and they will get my business again for any future transmission needs.
Super Professional Service. Everything was fully explained and it seemed as I was a valuable customer to them in the way that I was in before the appointment time and the car looked spotless with care taken to ensure it wasn’t damaged.
